Using the Zultys MX250 throughout our organization has allowed our organization to communicate more effectively from branch-to-branch. With the ability to route inbound calls to different specialized groups across our wide area network, we are able to provide a better customer experience.
Recently our Help Desk team was short staffed due to personal situations that arose with several of our employees. Using Zultys MIXIE software and its built in soft phone, our team members who were not able to make it into the office were able to log into our call center from remote locations using a laptop, and were able to stay productive from their remote locations.
With the features offered by MIXIE our IT team has developed an on call rotation which allows the on call staff member to remotely handle inbound calls to the office from home or anywhere else he or she might be. Deploying Zultys products throughout our organization and having the ability to group all of our user’s profiles allowed us to recognize immediate savings in long distance toll charges. Before Zultys most of our branch to branch communications incurred regular toll charges.
