ROI is a six year old Dallas based company specializing in next generation VoIP phone systems. IP PBXs is all we sell which allows us to deliver an unparallel expertise to our customers on how to evaluate and install next generation phone system technology to improve a customer’s business operations and customer service.

Tom McCrary - President and Owner

Tom has over 20 years of data communications experience having consulted, designed and installed hundreds of data networks. Tom has been specifically engaged in VoIP projects for over ten years having been involved with Cisco System in early implementations of VoIP in the Dallas/Fort Worth area before forming ROI in 2003.

Mark Norton - Senior Technology Consultant

Mark Norton is an Information Technology professional with over 18 years of consulting expertise in enterprise infrastructure. Mark has consulted with some of America’s top Fortune ranked companies including AT&T, Halliburton, Wal-Mart, and Texas Instruments. With a sharp focus on creating value for the customer, Mark is personable as well as technical. Mark holds (and has held) certifications from companies including Cisco, Microsoft, VMware and Zultys.
